This place is new, affordable, and has a lovely terrace out front. You can control the room temperature, there's a desk for work, and a TV for entertainment. the staff here are super friendly all the time! 😊.

It is quirky good budget venue, it offers nice pool and the location is excellent to the rock temple caves. The double room is budget and tidy. There is a great selection of outstanding food for breakfast.

Great experience overall! the room had everything I needed, and the bathroom was awesome with a nice shower and fluffy bath towels. It's just a 20-minute drive from the airport, super convenient! 🚗.

We had an air conditioning, a work desk, and a good-sized bed. the location was fantastic, being very close to the bus station in a busy area. the nearby Café Ca'puccino, located just 1 km away, was a nice surprise.

Hotel Tinaya is a lovely small and quaint hotel located in a nice area close to ancient Polonnaruwa, the cave temples, and the bus station. the breakfast is generous and offers plenty of options. the service is good, and the budget room is fully equipped with a big shower and air conditioning.

During my recent stay at Tinaya Hotel in Dambulla, I was pleased with two notable features. the room provided was in good condition, complete with a comfortable bed and necessary amenities. the room came equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a cool and pleasant stay even during the hottest days. Another positive aspect was the lovely terrace in front of the room, offering a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature.

This was a slight inconvenience as hot water was not readily available for showering or other purposes.

I had a fantastic stay at Tinaya in Dambulla! the friendly family who manages the place went above and beyond to ensure my visit was enjoyable. They even offered to drive me to Lyon Rock and Pidurangala at any time I wanted, and waited for me to finish my visit. the location was perfect for exploring these attractions. the hotel's restaurant served delicious Sri Lankan and international food at very affordable prices. I particularly loved their Kottu dish, it was absolutely delicious. Tinaya was conveniently located right in the center of the city, making it a great base for my adventures. I highly recommend staying here!
